Patient information
The handout generator runs entirely in your browser. Patient names, dates and notes you type are used only to draw the sheet on your screen and in your printout. They are never saved and never sent to our servers or anyone else.
Practice details
Your practice name, phone, address, website, emergency instructions, logo, QR link and any handouts you save to "My library" are stored in your browser's local storage on this device so you do not have to retype them. They are not uploaded. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Advertising and cookies
We do not currently show ads or set advertising cookies. If we add advertising in future, this page will be updated first.
Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. These never include anything you type into the generator.
Children
AftercareSheets is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
